Join us at Whiskey Alley on Wednesday, June 10 2026, for an evening that will celebrate South Carolina’s flavors and its best distillery/whiskey!
This month for our Flights & Bites dinner we are celebrating South Carolina’s prime distillery: High Wire Distilling! They produce the best whiskey to come out of our beloved Palmetto State utilizing the heirloom Jimmy Red corn grown right here at home. We will be pairing a selection of their whiskeys with a chef-centric five course meal highlighting flavors of the sea with a tiki-tropical twist. The evening will start out with a social cocktail hour, including a craft cocktail made just for the occasion and an amuse bouche.
