About the Event
Flights & Bites returns to the back patio for April — this time centered around tequila and mezcal.
Hosted by Daniel Rodriguez and Owner / Executive Chef Chad Jajczyk, this is a four-course pairing dinner built around a curated lineup of agave spirits. Each selection is chosen first — then the dishes are created to match.
You’ll hear directly from Daniel throughout the evening — what you’re drinking, why it was chosen, and how it connects to what’s on the plate. It’s a more intimate setting than a typical night at the bar, and that’s the point.
Second Wednesday. Limited seats. These dinners sell out consistently.
