This special edition of Flights & Bites will explore the flavors that define Spanish culture—rich wines from Rioja and Catalonia, refreshing ciders from the Basque Country, the centuries-old tradition of Spanish vermouth, and crisp Iberian beers. Expect Chef Chad to craft dishes inspired by the tapas bars of Madrid, the coastal seafood traditions of Galicia, and the rustic flavors of Andalusia.
