Join us for a night that pairs the precision of distilling with the creativity of the kitchen. This month’s Flights & Bites features High Wire Distilling Co.—a Charleston-based craft distillery known for its heirloom grains, small-batch spirits, and uncompromising approach to quality.
Chef Chad will craft a coursed dinner designed to complement a curated tasting of High Wire spirits, with thoughtful pairings that bring out the best in both. Expect stories, surprises, and the kind of attention to detail you’ve come to expect from the Flights & Bites series.
